Terms & Conditions

The rules for joining, paying, booking and earning with Deevolt.

These terms are between you and Deevolt Marketing Private Limited (CIN U45100KA2026PTC227625, GSTIN 29AANCD0647C1ZP), No. 36/P/1 & 36/P/2, SS Road, Opp. John Deere Showroom, Hosadoopadahalli, Shikaripura, Shivamogga, Karnataka – 577427 (“Deevolt”, “we”, “us”). By registering, paying, booking or using your member account you agree to them.

No refund: once a booking is confirmed, the amount is not refunded, cancelled or transferred for any reason. Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Joining

  • You must be 18 years or older and give your own true name, mobile number and email.
  • You join under a sponsor and on the side (Left or Right) you choose. This cannot be changed later.
  • One person, one ID. The same bank account, PAN or Aadhaar may not be used for more than one ID.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secret. Anything done with your Member ID and password is treated as done by you.

2. Payment and booking

  • Pay only to the Deevolt bank account shown in your member account, and upload the correct Transaction ID (UTR) and receipt.
  • Payments become booking credits only after our team checks them.
  • When you confirm a booking, your ID becomes active. The booking is final and non-refundable (see the Refund Policy).
  • Delivery of the scooter is arranged through Deevolt or its franchise outlets. Delivery times can change.

3. Income

  • Direct income and matching income are paid only as per the plan shown in your member account at that time. Deevolt may change the plan, with notice on the website or member account.
  • No income is guaranteed. What you earn depends on your own work and on product sales in your team.
  • Income credited by mistake (system error, duplicate, fraud or false details) may be taken back or deducted.
  • Taxes such as TDS will be deducted where the law requires.

4. Withdrawals and KYC

  • Withdrawals need a booked (active) ID and correct bank details. Deevolt may ask for KYC (Aadhaar, PAN, bank proof) before paying.
  • A service fee is taken from every withdrawal, as shown on the withdrawal page. It is not refundable.
  • Deevolt may hold a withdrawal while it checks for errors or misuse.

5. What is not allowed

  • False promises to others about income, or using the Deevolt name in a misleading way.
  • Creating fake or duplicate IDs, or using someone else's details.
  • Trying to misuse or break into the website or member accounts.

Deevolt may block an ID and hold its income if these rules are broken.

6. Our responsibility

We work to keep the website and member account running correctly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Deevolt for the booking concerned.

7. Changes and disputes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown below. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts at Shivamogga, Karnataka.
